Loop Resistance Tester

Uses

This instrument is lightweight, efficient, accurate, and fast, making it ideal for circuit measurements in power generation, power transmission, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises. It employs a “four-wire” current and voltage measurement method, enabling the measurement of minute resistances in high-voltage switches, circuit breakers, and the metal contacts of relays.

Function

1.Complies with the People’s Republic of China’s DL/T 845.4-2004 electrical standard.

2.Standard RS-485 and Bluetooth communication enable remote data upload.

3.The built-in lithium-ion battery pack does not require an external AC power source.

4.The test power supply is a continuous, constant-current source (not a pulsed source).

5.Selectable test current outputs of 200 A, 100 A, and 50 A.

6.Apply a 200A load for a continuous 60-second test.

7.The change in output current from a short-circuit condition to full load shall not exceed 1%. 

8.Resistant to power-frequency interference; suitable for use in 1,000 kV substations.

9.Monitor the battery charge level and internal temperature in real time.

10.Features a USB port for exporting test data.

11.Features a high-brightness 4.3-inch color touchscreen LCD display.
