DC Resistance Tester

Uses

This instrument is suitable for measuring the DC resistance of all transformers rated at 110 kV and below. It employs cutting-edge power supply technology and features a compact size, light weight, and high output current. Controlled by a microcontroller, the instrument automatically performs self-tests, data processing, and display functions, and includes automatic discharge and discharge indication features.

Function

1. This instrument can output currents of up to 5 A or 10 A.

2. The measurement range is 0 Ω–100 kΩ, capable of measuring the DC resistance of all inductive transformers rated at 110 kV or below.

3. It features comprehensive protection circuits, ensuring high reliability, and a user-friendly interface for convenient operation.

4. The instrument includes a perpetual calendar, storage for 100 sets of data, automatic temperature conversion, and a switchable Chinese/English interface. Data is retained even when the device is turned off, facilitating easy retrieval.

5. Vertical chassis design with integrated test leads and instrument body, making it portable and convenient for field operations.

6. Features an audible discharge alarm with clear discharge indication to reduce the risk of operator error.

7. The instrument includes a protection alarm for accidental connection to a 380V AC power source, minimizing damage to the instrument caused by operator error.

8. This instrument is equipped with a built-in high-capacity lithium-ion battery pack and supports both AC and DC power, making it convenient for testing in locations without AC power. (Optional)
