Frequency-Tuned Series Resonance Test System

The FM Series Resonance Test Set is primarily used for on-site AC withstand voltage testing of SF6 circuit breakers, GIS switchgear, power cables, and other high-capacity power equipment at voltage levels of 1,000 kV and below. When equipped with appropriate tuning capacitors to achieve resonance within the specified frequency range of 20 to 300 Hz, it can also be used as a power-frequency test device. Additionally, it can be used to perform partial discharge tests on power equipment such as transformers, coupling capacitors, and zinc oxide surge arresters rated at 1,000 kV or below.
