Fully Automatic Frequency-Modulated Anti-Interference Dielectric Loss Tester

The Fully Automatic Frequency-Modulated Anti-Interference Dielectric Loss Tester is designed for on-site anti-interference dielectric loss measurements or precision dielectric loss measurements in the laboratory.

Uses

The Fully Automatic Frequency-Modulated Anti-Interference Dielectric Loss Tester is designed for on-site anti-interference dielectric loss measurements or precision dielectric loss measurements in the laboratory. The instrument features an integrated design, incorporating a built-in dielectric loss bridge, frequency-modulated power supply, test transformer, and standard capacitors. Utilizing frequency-modulated anti-interference technology and Fourier transform digital filtering, it performs fully automatic, intelligent measurements, ensuring highly stable data even under strong interference. Measurement results are displayed on a large LCD screen and can be printed via the built-in mini-printer.

Function

1.Utilizes variable-frequency anti-interference technology to automatically detect 50 Hz/60 Hz system voltages and ensure accurate measurements even under 200% interference.

2.Features CVT gear ratio measurement capabilities, allowing for the measurement of CVT gear ratio, polarity, and phase

3.Features multiple operating modes, including positive/reverse wiring, internal/external standard capacitors, and internal/external high voltage; with an integrated design, it can perform various standard dielectric loss tests without requiring any external auxiliary equipment.

4.Features a low-voltage reverse-connection protection function; when the CVT busbar is grounded, C11 can be measured without disconnecting the wiring.

5.Features a CVT self-excitation measurement function; C1 and C2 can be measured simultaneously with a single wiring configuration, automatically compensating for the effects of lead resistance and voltage division by the standard capacitor.

6.Features a circuit contact failure discharge alert function to help determine whether the wiring is secure.

7.Includes two built-in loss factor measurement models—series and parallel—to simulate a Weston bridge or a current comparator bridge, facilitating instrument calibration.

8.Dynamically displays test voltage and current; can also function as a high-voltage meter

9.Features an alert function for poor grounding and loose connections to help determine whether the wiring is secure

10.Highly adaptable to power sources; it can be powered by 50/60 Hz power supplies, is highly resistant to interference, and can also be powered by a generator.

11.Features a clock and calendar; can store 100 sets of measurement data; includes an RS-232 computer interface that enables measurement, data processing, and report generation; comes with computer-based backend software and can be integrated into a comprehensive test vehicle.

12.An optional four-channel positive-connection test mode is available, facilitating dielectric loss tests on transformer bushings.

13.Optional insulation resistance test function: a The wiring for insulation resistance is exactly the same as that for dielectric loss measurement; the shielding method used for dielectric loss measurement is also suitable for insulation resistance. No additional wiring is required when measuring insulation resistance; b Operation is simple: simply select “Resistance / Absorption / Polarization” from the menu to start the measurement; c The instrument is highly reliable and will not be damaged even when used in harsh test environments; d The instrument exhibits excellent interference immunity during insulation resistance measurements, enabling accurate readings even under 5 mA of power-frequency interference current, and features a rapid discharge function

14.An optional CT transformation ratio function is available, which can measure the CT transformation ratio, polarity, and phase.

15.Optional wireless Bluetooth communication enables wireless control and data transmission between the computer and the instrument.

16.An optional frequency-by-frequency test function is available, allowing testing at any frequency between 45 and 65 Hz.

17.An optional interface for connecting an external standard capacitor is available, supporting external test power sources ranging from 30 Hz to 300 Hz. When connected to a high-capacity, power-frequency external power source, the system can perform high-capacity, high-voltage dielectric loss tests.
